Monday may be the most boring day of the week but not for New Yorkers; especially not for the last couple of months since new series of concerts featuring up-and-coming artists called Encore Nights started at Le Baron’s. Last night it seemed like everyone was heading down to Mulberry Street to see a Brooklyn band Friends perform in a fully packed hot spot in Chinatown.
